20 years ago, Oscar believed that good homes didn't have to be expensive. He built the first one with his own hands, on land he'd known since childhood, in a city that was his home. He wasn't a Bogotá businessman looking to expand. He was a Santandereano who wanted to build something lasting.

We've grown, but that promise hasn't changed. Today, every project — from affordable housing to premium country homes — is built with the same philosophy: quality that lasts, full transparency, and a commitment to the families who trust us.

Now, the second generation continues that tradition. We're not expanding into Santander. We build Santander. We know every street, every neighborhood, every family. And we're still here.
